Project as a SMART goal

this is waht I took of our original SWOT thiny...ts basically the S and M...

Aim to create a high quality and professional Multimedia Project that incorporates audio, video and a website for self promotion. This project is aimed to promote its group members as professionals and to be used as their portfolios for future employment.


To incorporate the following into our website:
- streams high quality video and audio sound.
- podcast like capabilities (optional)
- forum or wall posting section (optional)
- a good interface design that makes navigation clear and easy to use.
- minimal clicks needed to navigate through to content
- clear flow of contents and pages
- Engaging interface: audio and interactivity

To create or have access to the following in order to assist with shooting and creating the clip:
- rough sketches and thumbnails
- storyboards
- Access to borrowed equipment and bookings via online booking system
- rough pre-visualisation clips with audio
- enough time

To create a video clip that will be able to
- be streamed online without loss of quality
- be formatted to standard television format
- clear audio and image

Audio does not clip or distort, clears the groups inspection, sound appeals to test target audience.
